During the year the company started a technical collaboration agreement
with MPSI of USA for the manufacture of ring hammer mills and rotary
hammers necessary for sizing the coal.
During the year, the company issued 30,000 - 13.5% of bonds for 1000
rupees each to financial institutions with the option to convert to equity
shares of the company.
